Tällä vapun alusviikolla olen kaivannut enemmän kuin koskaan takaisin yliopiston teekkareiden sekaan. Sinne kahden viikon pituiseen vappuun, jolloin vuoden raskas raadanta oli takana ja ihana, vapaa kesä edessä (vaikka useimmille meistä sekin tarkoitti raadantaa). Kaikki ne kuulaat, kirpet illat, jolloin vain istuimme parantamassa maailmaa tai kirmasimme pitkin kaupungin katuja. Omistimme koko maailman.
This week, heading towards labour day, I've been missing back to the days at the university where we used to celebrate ending of term and on-coming labour day for two weeks along with all the other tech students. We were free to enjoy summer after all the hard work (although most of us still had to work the entire summer also) and feeled as if we'd own the city and the entire world.
Kaikkialla alkaa näkyä kasvua. Ilma on vieläkin kylmä ja tuuleekin paljon, mutta enää ei ole syytä huoleen. Nautin vapauden tunteesta.
Everything begins to grow. It is still cold and windy but there is no reason to worry anymore. I am enjoying myself and the feeling of freedom.
